Zendaya’s rep who was shut down reported that the actress was turned away from a restaurant on Saturday for her outfits.
“This is completely wrong,” his representative, Scott Newman, told Page Six privately.
The “Dune” star was allegedly denied entry to Rome’s Terrazza Borromini because her black short top didn’t follow the restaurant’s dress code, according to a report released Monday.
But Newman told us that the Zendaya group “recognised” that they had dined at the restaurant on a previous trip, so they “left and went elsewhere.”
In photos obtained by the Daily Mail, the actress wore a black strapless top paired with baggy beige pants.
The fit was paired with a slim brown belt and black leather brooches. She completed the daytime look with a designer handbag and gold bracelets.
The “Euphoria” star was in Italy last weekend for the opening of Bulgari’s new luxury hotel, Bulgari Hotel Roma.
The actress, who is currently with “Spider-Man” co-star Tom Holland, attended Thursday’s opening with fellow Bulargi ambassador Priyanka Chopra.
Zendaya shared on Instagram that same night that she narrowly escaped a wardrobe debacle when her original outfit was “lost in transit.”

“Fun fact… my dress got lost on the way to tonight’s @bulgarihotels event, so we got this suit an hour before the event.”
“When in doubt… a @maisonvalentino team smile 🙂 @luxurylaw,” the actress continued, tagging the now-retired designer Law Roach.
Her impromptu look featured a chain mail style tank top covered in crystals and looked like she was wearing a pair of pasties under the sheer top.
On May 16, the “Greatest Entertainer” star was in Venice for another glamorous Bulgari event.
Yıldız sat in the front row at the presentation of the brand’s newest line, wearing a Serpenti necklace with Bulgari diamonds and an off-the-shoulder black dress.
Other A-list Bulgari ambassadors were Chopra and Anne Hathaway.
