Selena Gomez is reportedly not at odds with Zayn Malik or Gigi and Bella Hadid, despite unfollowing them on Instagram.
“There’s absolutely no resentment about anyone he’s unfollowed,” a source close to the “Only Murders in the Building” star told People on Monday.
The “Lose You to Love Me” singer raised eyebrows earlier in the day after she noticed that a handful of her fans had stopped following the celebrities.
Some internet detectives claimed that Gomez, who has more than 400 million followers on the platform, also unfollowed Dua Lipa, but apparently the “IDGAF” singer is still on the list to follow.
It is not yet known what led to Gomez’s social media purge.
In March, rumors began circulating that Malik, a graduate of “Wizards of Waverly” and both 30-year-olds, were dating, but the romance was never confirmed.
However, Gomez apparently addressed the speculation herself when she posted a TikTok video earlier this month announcing that she’s actually single.
As for the Hadid sisters, Gomez gushed about her “girl crush” for 26-year-old Bella in February when she tried a model-inspired filter.
“I wish I was as pretty as Bella Hadid,” Gomez captioned a selfie.
Meanwhile, Bella’s 28-year-old older sister, Gigi, shares her 2-year-old daughter, Khai, with her former One Direction member.
Just two days before fans drew attention to Gomez’s unfollow spree, the multi-hyphenous entertainer looked agitated as she left Nobu in Malibu, California.

It’s unclear why the pop star appeared worried during her Friday outing, but she’s had her fair share of feuds in the public eye.
The “Calm Down” singer had a very open dispute in public with her best friend Francia Raisa in November 2022.
The “How I Met Your Dad” star appeared to cast a shadow over Gomez for telling Rolling Stone that Taylor Swift was her “only friend in the industry.”
Raisa, 34, donated her kidney to the “Wolves” singer in 2017 when the actress faced complications from her lupus diagnosis. However, Raisa’s father later revealed that there were strains in their friendship due to Gomez’s continued drinking after the transplant.
It’s unknown if the two mended their relationship, though Gomez seemed to backtrack when she called Raisa one of her “best friends” in March.
The Rare Beauty founder has also faced allegations that he was competing with ex-Justin Bieber’s wife, Hailey Bieber.
