Martin Scorsese struggled to complete two of his most revered films.

“I was against it too; Scorsese recalled having to work with Weinstein again. “As they said, I was already pregnant. And there’s no way out of that.”
“But the shooting went well and the editing went well until the last few weeks. Then they came in and did some things that I thought were extremely rude,” he added. DiCaprio plays a man named Ernest Burkhart, who moves to Oklahoma in the 1920s and marries local Osage Nation woman Molly Kyle (Lily Gladstone) in the midst of a series of murders against the region’s indigenous people.
The film is based on the 2017 bestselling book by David Grann The Killers of Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI.
