After a transformer exploded Friday afternoon, firefighters from Warner Bros. He was called to the Studios plot.
Burbank Fire Department said they were dispatched to the studio area at 13:38 and the fire was extinguished just after 14:00. Firefighters said no one was injured.
“The teams that arrived at the scene determined that an electrical transformer was on fire,” he said.
Warner Bros. Studios spokesperson Jessica Zacholl told PEOPLE that the fire started in an area adjacent to the studio’s fire department.
Zacholl, Warner Bros. “Our guys clearly stepped in and did what they could,” he said of the fire department. “They got it under control and our wonderful neighbors were put out by the Burbank fire much more quickly.”
“Everything fell into place so there were fewer people on the money,” Zacholl added, including over the long 4th of July weekend.

Zacholl said employees were told to go home after the fire caused a power outage.
“It was pretty minimal,” Zacholl said. “He looked much more flamboyant and nasty than he was.”
Zacholl added that tours will continue at the famous film studio on Saturday.
