Coachella may have rekindled its sparks after all.
A source tells Page Six exclusive that Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello “hang out again” after reuniting at the 2023 music festival last Friday.
“They enjoy getting to know each other again and seeing where it’s going,” an insider says, noting that the exes still “care about each other a lot.”
Representatives for Mendes and Cabello did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment.
The 26-year-old “Havana” singer has clearly had the 24-year-old “Stitches” singer in mind since they were spotted kissing at Coachella in Indio, Calif.
She posted on Instagram Wednesday, “Coming to Coachella? / If you don’t, whatever / If you do, honey, that’s all I’m thinking about.
Earlier this week, a source told us that Mendes and Cabello are not officially “reuniting”. However, there is “a lot of love and history between them,” according to an insider, so “one thing led to another” during their PDA-filled rendezvous.
The “I Know What You Did Last Summer” collaborators previously ran from July 2019 to November 2021.
When they announced their separation, the duo promised to “continue to be best friends” and told fans that “their love for each other as human beings is stronger than ever.”
During their separation, Mendes was linked to masseur Jocelyne Miranda and actress-singer Sabrina Carpenter, but we’ve reported that she wasn’t romantic at all, either.
Cabello was in a relationship with Lox Club co-founder Austin Kevitch for several months last year.
