Priscilla Presley and Riley Keough have joined forces to celebrate Lisa Marie Presley’s twin daughters’ middle school graduation after the family came to a legal settlement over the late singer’s trust.
In a new Instagram post Friday, Priscilla shared a photo of the “Daisy Jones and the Six” actress and Keough standing with her two 14-year-old sisters, Harper and Finley.
“Happy Graduation girls! You’re in high school now!!! Elvis Presley’s ex-wife said ❤️❤️ for her grandchildren under the family photo.
Priscilla, 78, looked festive in a yellow printed dress as she smiled alongside Keough, 34, wearing a blue-striped collar frock coat and a large sun hat.
Meanwhile, the twins Lisa Marie shares with her ex-husband Michael Lockwood are paired with black shirts and simple jewellery.
The family reunion comes just days after news broke that Keough and his grandmother had come to an agreement regarding Lisa Marie’s estate.
According to court documents, Keough agreed to pay Priscilla a lump sum of $1 million in addition to the $400,000 to cover her legal fees.
However, Priscilla’s request to be buried next to the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll was reportedly denied during negotiation talks.
A source told Page Six that the legal drama surrounding Lisa Marie’s mansion caused Priscilla and Keough to stop talking to each other. Priscilla, however, denied rumors of a family feud in court documents, saying she fired the lawyers responsible for contesting the will.
This month, Priscilla shared how pleased she was that her legal issues were resolved and stated that her late husband would be happy.
“My daughter’s death was both devastating and heartbreaking,” Priscilla wrote in a statement in June.
“We learned that fans understand that we are ‘Just One Family’. Elvis would be proud and his and Lisa’s wishes are the most important to all of us.”
Lisa Marie died at the age of 54 on January 12 after suffering a heart attack. Later that month, he was buried in a garden in Graceland alongside his late, beloved son Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide in 2020 at the age of 27.
Elvis – along with his parents Vernon and Gladys Presley – is buried in the garden of his Memphis, Tenn., estate.
