Priscilla Presley has settled a dispute over the trust of her deceased daughter, Lisa Marie Presley – and is reportedly leaving with a large sum of money.
“The parties would like to announce that they have reached an agreement,” Ronson J. Shamoun, the attorney representing Elvis Presley’s ex-wife, said at a court hearing in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
While details of the deal were not disclosed in court – and both parties plan to file a petition to seal the deal – TMZ reported that Priscilla had been awarded “millions”.
Representatives and attorneys for her granddaughter Riley Keough, who is the official beneficiary of both Priscilla and Lisa Marie’s Promenade Trust, did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment or confirmation on the amount.
But outside the court, Shamoun told reporters, “The families are happy. Everyone is happy, united, together and excited for the future.”
Keough’s lawyer, Justin Gold, reiterated to CNN that his client is “very pleased”.
The judge requested that the reconciliation and sealing motion be submitted by 12 June and a new hearing of the case be held by 4 August.
The decision came after months of family tensions behind closed doors.
In January, Priscilla, 77, contested her deceased daughter’s will, arguing that the “alleged 2016 change” that dismissed her and her business manager, Barry Siegel, as trustees was illegitimate.
The businesswoman argued that at the time, Lisa Marie’s signature looked “inconsistent with her usual and customary signature” and that even the name of the “Lights Out” singer was misspelled.
Riley, 33, and her brother, Benjamin Keough, were named beneficiaries of the foundation, but the latter died by suicide in July 2020, leaving the “Daisy Jones & The Six” star as the sole surviving heir.
A friend of Lisa Marie’s had previously told Page Six that Priscilla’s efforts were a “money grabber.”
But Priscilla claimed to us that she did her best to keep their family “together”.
“From the first moment I held Lisa in my arms, I protected, loved and guided her like my son,” he added in February.

“Our hearts are broken and I have to learn to live without my only daughter.”
Despite Priscilla’s vow of unity, a source later told Page Six that the co-founder and grandson of Elvis Presley Enterprises didn’t get along very well.
“Riley and Priscilla aren’t talking,” an insider insisted. “Their relationships are changing, that’s true. … So sad. This is when Riley will really need her grandmother.
Lisa Marie died on January 12 after suffering a heart attack. She was 54 years old.
Apart from Riley, the singer-songwriter is survived by her 14-year-old twin daughters, Vivienne and Finley, who are now in the care of their father, Michael Lockwood.
