It’s been an eventful few days Saturday night live Alum Pete Davidson. After making headlines with an overzealous fan jostling around Madison Square Garden while attending a basketball game on Sunday, Davidson may now be facing some legal issues, albeit for a different matter.
On Monday, TMZ reported that the Beverly Hills Police Department “recently completed its investigation” into a recent car accident involving Davidson. On March 4, the 29-year-old while driving his Mercedes at high speed jumped onto the pavement, knocked out a fire hydrant and crashed into the side of a Beverly Hills house. his girlfriend and Sizes Sizes Sizes lead actress Chase Sui Wonders was in the passenger seat.
Almost two months later, the case is currently being investigated by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office for potential criminal charges, law enforcement told TMZ. While the Los Angeles prosecutor typically deals with felony charges, they handle misdemeanor cases in Beverly Hills.
Davidson and Wonders were not injured in the accident, and residents, including the 16-year-old girl who was inside the house at the time, were reportedly injured. The girl’s father, however, told TMZ he was “somewhat traumatized” by the incident. There was no drugs or alcohol in the conflict, and Davidson had not been arrested at the time.
As of now, law enforcement has not specified what happened. King of Staten Island can be blamed on the star. Given the facts of the accident, it seems reckless driving and property damage could have occurred.
The coming weeks will already be a busy time for Davidson. New semi-autobiographical comedy series on May 4 Bupkiler Premieres at Peacock. And after leaving office SNL last year, meet cute The star is returning to host on May 6. Presumably, the candid pop star will refer to some of the headlines revolving around her in her opening monologue.
