Offset honors his murdered bandmate and cousin Takeoff with new body ink.
On Saturday, the 31-year-old Migos rapper revealed a giant portrait tattoo surrounded by space images that covered the late host’s entire back.
“I love you 4L & after 🚀🤍🕊️,” Offset captioned the two photos on Instagram showing the ink.
Takeoff, real name Kirsnick Khari Ball, was fatally shot in the head and torso one night outside in Houston, Texas on November 1, 2022. He was 28 years old.
A few days after a star-studded memorial service was held for the departure, Offset took to social media to say her “heart was shattered” and the pain was “unbearable”.
“The pain you left me with is unbearable,” the “Clout” rapper wrote on Instagram last November. “My heart is torn and I have so much to say, but I can’t find the words. I sleep and wake up hoping it’s all a dream, but it’s real and reality feels like a nightmare.

Offset – birth name Kiari Kendrell Cephus – told fans she wished they could cuddle, laugh, smoke and perform “one last time” with Takeoff.
“I know someone with a soul like yours is in heaven now,” he added. “I hope you can see how much we love and miss you. You left a void in my heart that can never be filled.”
A month after the shocking death, the father of five shared that his condition was not good, tweeting that he was in a “dark place” while mourning Takeoff’s death.
Earlier this year, Cardi B revealed that she and her husband Offset heard about Takeoff’s tragic death in bed.
“We just fell asleep and all of a sudden Offset’s phone kept ringing, my phone kept ringing,” he said on the “Jason Lee Podcast” in January.
“Offset picked up the phone and said ‘No!’ And she screams and screams and I’m like, ‘What’s going on?’ Like ‘take off is dead’.
Authorities arrested Patrick Xavier Clark and accused him of holding him responsible for Takeoff’s death. He posted his $1 million bond on January 4 and was released from prison.
According to his lawyer, Clark maintained his innocence.
