Ellingson was found dead in a bedroom in Fontana, California, on Sunday, November 5, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s medical examiner’s division. The cause of death has not yet been determined.

TMZ, which first reported the news, said Ellingson’s father told the media that the actor struggled with addiction and died in a sober home.
