Michael Fassbender crashed at the Le Mans 24-hour race in France at the weekend.

This weekend was Fassbender’s second time competing in the iconic French endurance race. He made his debut in the Proton Competition’s event in 2019, where he was ranked 51st out of 62 teams.
A two-time Oscar nominee, he crashed his car twice during that race. He was also involved in another collision during one of the qualifying rounds.

According to a 2022 interview with Eurosport, Fassbender trained for four years before finally getting behind the wheel in an official race.
“Acting is something that’s my thing,” she told The Outlet. “I’m more used to it and living with it at home – it’s like my natural office but racing was always my first dream as a little kid.”
However X Men The star said, “It’s kind of hard. I feel like acting is definitely my homework. I feel most comfortable but that’s the real dream.”
