Meghan Trainor’s “Lips Are Movin” about her sex life.
The singer told listeners of the “Workin’ On It” podcast last week that sexual intercourse with her “big boy” husband, Daryl Sabara, was so “painful” that she “couldn’t walk” afterward.
The 29-year-old Grammy-winning actress admitted she wished she would downsize her “Spy Boys” star.
“[It’s] ‘Are they all inside?’ and it’s like, ‘Just the hint,'” Trainor explained. “I’m like, ‘I can’t do it anymore. I don’t know how to fix this.”
The songwriter was diagnosed with vaginismus, which is defined as the involuntary stretching of the vagina.
After welcoming her now 2-year-old son, Riley, in February 2021, Trainor “took too long to even consider having sex” with the actress before she got pregnant with baby #2.
When they became close a year later, the “Australian Idol” judge, who is now pregnant with another son, felt “stingy” and “burned.”
“When I walked in, I’d say, ‘Ow, ow, ow,’ until that point… I had to ice myself.”

Despite trying ‘from every angle’, Trainor insisted that ‘every [has been] worse than the other”, rejecting the idea of her guest Trisha Paytas to go to the summit.
“I say, ‘Please, no, for many reasons. ‘Do not look at me. I didn’t like this. It hurts so much more’,” said the American Music Award nominee, describing the position as a “nightmare.”
Trainor finally wants to “be a sex star” one day and even tried transcendental meditation to ease her pain – but she falls asleep “every time”.
He and Sabara started dating in 2016 after meeting two years ago and went down on one knee in 2017. The two got married the following year.
The couple previously made headlines with their sex lives when they visited an erotica store in 2019, but Trainor later revealed that the purchases via TikTok were “for a friend.”
