Megan Fox still struggles to “love” her body.
“I have body dysmorphia. I never see myself the way other people see me, the 36-year-old “Transformers” star told Sports Illustrated in an interview for the 2023 swimsuit edition of the glossy magazine.
“There has never been a point in my life where I loved my body, never,” she said, before adding that she was on an “endless” “journey” to love herself.
Fox, who has three children with her ex-husband Brian Austin Green, also admitted that she has always been critical of her image and had an “awareness” and “obsession” with her body even as a child.
However, she explained that her upbringing was not the reason for this obsession.
“It was definitely not environmental because I grew up in a very religious environment where even bodies were not accepted,” the actress explained.

This isn’t the first time Fox has spoken about insecurities in his body. In a joint interview with Machine Gun Kelly in 2021, he admitted to having “a lot of deep insecurities”.
“We might look at someone and think, ‘This person is so beautiful. Their lives must be very easy.’ “They probably don’t feel that way about themselves,” he explained.
Fox and the “Forget Me Too” singer started dating in 2020, but are in a rough patch after breakup rumors erupted in February.
Apparently, a source told the Daily Mail in April that the two were back on good terms after a “remedial” Hawaiian vacation.
However, Kelly, whose real name is Colson Baker, has been seen without his “twin flame” at many events lately.
