Kevin Costner’s estranged wife, Christine Baumgartner, fled Los Angeles with two of their three children as their exes continue to sue in court.
The 49-year-old handbag designer was photographed being dropped off at LAX airport on Thursday, hours after Costner, 68, accused her of asking him to pay $250,000 monthly child support for plastic surgery.
Arriving at the airport with a white carry-on bag and a cup of coffee, Baumgartner was dressed in a floral blouse and black pants.
Meanwhile, 14-year-olds Hayes Logan and 13-year-old Grace Avery got ready for the long day of travel in a gray T-shirt and pajama pants.
Amid the couple’s bitter divorce, she refuses to leave Costner’s $145 million mansion, despite their long-standing prenuptial agreement that stipulates she has 30 days to vacate their house after filing for divorce on May 1.
However, he recently agreed to move out of the property with one condition: more money.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Baumgartner said he will vacate the house by the end of August as long as the “Yellowstone” star pays his child support in an as yet undetermined court order.
Costner, who also shares Baumgartner and 16-year-old Cayden Wyatt, has allegedly given his ex more than $1.2 million for premarital obligations.
In her file, the mother of three claimed that she wanted the actress to move out without an agreed “financial plan in place.” It would be unfair for her children to have to move in multiple times if She ended up with a rent she couldn’t pay, she said.
“My goal was and continues to maintain as much stability as possible, including having the appropriate resources and plans for our children, so [I] can establish [a] “It’s a stable home for them rather than making temporary and inconsistent housing arrangements.”

But in court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday, Costner claimed that his estranged wife actually wanted the money for herself, not for her children.
Costner, who has a reported net worth of $250 million, claimed to have discovered that his forensic accountant had secretly spent more than $100,000 on cosmetic surgery procedures, in addition to thousands of dollars on boutique shopping, ATM withdrawals, and more.
When Baumgartner filed for divorce last month, it was alleged that the “Bodyguard” star was “bought by surprise” because she planned to do so first.
A source told the US Sun over the weekend that the actor’s wife, whom he had not met while “preparing his lawyer’s paperwork”, “sneaked up”.[ed] him and service[d] with her own divorce papers.
“Kevin was so shocked,” an insider added, noting that his wife of 18 years “has been making him look crappy ever since and continues to show it.”
