Kerry Washington sends “love and prayers” to Jamie Foxx after her recent “medical complication”.
The actress posted a commemorative photo on her Instagram on Thursday to honor her “movie hulk”.
Washington, who played the wives of the Foxx characters in “Ray” and “Django Unchained” in 2004 and 2012 respectively, embraced the appropriate actor in a sweet snap.
The 46-year-old wrote “A @iamjamiefoxx appreciation post” on her social media post.
“I send you all my love and prayers my movie huzbin🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾.”
The “Scandal” alum’s post comes a day after Foxx’s eldest daughter, Corinne, announced Tuesday that she was experiencing a “medical complication”.
“Fortunately, due to swift action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” the 29-year-old wrote on Instagram the next day, writing “a message from the Foxx family.”
“We know how much he is loved and we appreciate your prayers,” she continued. “The family wants privacy during this time.”

A source told TMZ at the time that the Oscar winner was hospitalized in a condition “serious” enough to bring family members into town.
“He’s communicating right now and that’s good news,” an insider with “direct information” tweeted.
After the announcement, many of Washington’s followers “feared” by its emotional post before reading the caption.
“You just need to start posting a heart or something instead of these types of pictures, that’s alarming lol,” wrote one Instagram user.
Another added, “Sister, don’t do this to us. My heart stopped completely for a while.”
Foxx was photographed shooting the scandalous film of himself and Cameron Diaz, “Back in Action,” the day before he had a health problem.
Foxx’s project made headlines in March when the Daily Mail reported that the Golden Globe-winning actor had a “meltdown” on set that caused his co-star to consider retiring again.
That same month, production was halted for an investigation when Foxx allegedly became the target of a $40,000 scam.
