Katy Perry is ready for a fresh start.
The pop star has expressed interest in leaving Sin City to tour after taking up residence at Resorts World Las Vegas in December 2021.
“I know there are a lot of people who can’t go to Vegas,” Perry, 38, said in a new interview. Outside. “The last time I went on tour was in 2018. I have… time. How about that? I need to go out and see the kids who can’t make it to Vegas.”
The pop star added that she was “proud of the show”, but joked that the elaborate set pieces and costumes were “technically impossible to get around”.
“I am very proud of the show we created and put on,” the singer said. “It’s an amazing series that we love so much. It’s almost like the show of the greatest hits! I call it total suspense, no padding. I wish I could bring it to the rest of the world, but technically it’s not possible. Get around OTT toilets and tubs.”
He added: “The closing of an episode PLAY It makes me start a new chapter. I’m very excited about the potential for my story to continue.”
His current performances include many fan favorite songs like “ET”, “Dark Horse”, “California Gurls”, “Waking Up in Vegas”, “I Kissed a Girl”, “Never Really Over”, “Teenage Dream” . ,” “The Roar,” and “Fireworks.” With new dates added to the concert series in October, Perry is scheduled to close the residence on November 4.
He spoke candidly about his work-life balance in an interview with Extra On the red carpet for the 2022 CMA Awards.
“I have a resident in Las Vegas and I’m literally falling [my daughter] Go to kindergarten and then play a show in Las Vegas,” she said about her days as a working mom to her 2-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove, whom she shares with fiancee Orlando Bloom.
