Katie Holmes is still on the market.
A rep for the “Dawson’s Creek” graduate confirmed to Page Six that she is not dating talent rep Jeremy Barber, despite reports questioning her relationship status after the two were seen hugging in New York City.
On Saturday morning, Holmes and Barber, 44, were seen embracing on the sidewalk during the walk.
Dressed in a white T-shirt, gray pleated skirt, and Adidas sneakers, the mother of one smiled as she wrapped her arms around Barber’s shoulders while holding a mug of iced coffee.
Barber is a partner in the Motion Picture Literature and Talent Departments at UTA, the talent agency Holmes signed on in December 2022.
The platonic trip comes more than six months after she and boyfriend Bobby Wooten III told her to quit the job after eight months of dating.
“Katie and Bobby broke up last week,” a source told Us Weekly in December, explaining that the two “didn’t work out together in the long run.”
An insider added that the “Batman Begins” actress “is no more.” [talking] about him to his friends.”

Holmes and the Grammy-nominated instrumentalist first formed a romantic connection in April 2022 when they were seen clasping their lips on a steamy walk in Central Park.
The “First Daughter” star’s mother was also present on the trip, reassuring fans that their love was serious.
The following month, Wooten and Holmes made their red carpet debut at Moth Ball’s 25th Anniversary Gala.
“I am happy to have [Katie] here as my date,” the musician gushed over Us Weekly at the time.
Holmes, before Wooten, was chef Emilio Vitolo Jr. and it came out for eight months until May 2021.
He also quietly dated Jamie Foxx for six years, but Page Six only reported that they broke up in May 2019.
Holmes was also married to Tom Cruise from 2006 to 2012. “Alone Together” star and “Mission Impossible” actor 60 shares his 17-year-old daughter Suri.
