Kaley Cuoco is practicing some much-needed self-care.
This Flight attendant The 37-year-old star shared a photo of her recovering on the couch while receiving “treatment” on her Instagram Story on Tuesday.
The photo showed Cuoco receiving cupping therapy on the inside of his leg, as three glasses were attached to the wires underneath his purple, blue, and white shorts.
He also rolled up his gray striped shirt, revealing several wires attached to different parts of the skin on his navel.
“I needed all the treatments today,” the actress and new mom wrote.

One photo showed Cuoco reaching out to her daughter, the first child she shared with him. Ozark-actor boyfriend Tom Pelphrey – baby girl shoots a bright smile for the camera in a yellow farm-patterned jumpsuit.
“This angel girl smiles when you need it most,” she wrote on the photo.
Additionally, Cuoco posted a cute photo of Matilda lying down in a gray jumpsuit with the text reading “#NoNaps” and joked, “Also this will most likely be the title of her future autobiography ‘No Naps’ written by Matilda Pelphrey lol.”
Cuoco is no stranger to using cupping therapy for body pain. In 2019, he documented that he received cupping and scraping treatment from bodybuilder Flory after an intense workout.
He showed the expert how he used jade gua sha, a Chinese tool for scraping the skin, to release muscle tissue and improve circulation.
“My angel Flory is literally scratching my legs and buttocks,” Cuoco wrote in a video. “I am so tight that I can barely bend or turn. I haven’t been able to move for weeks.”
Cuoco said she was “absolutely devastated” after leaving her therapy appointment, noting that she needed to spend more time repairing her body.
“I’m gone for a few weeks and then I can’t walk,” she said. “I think my body is starting to shut down completely from overuse. If I don’t take care of this, I’ll fall apart. You have to take care of yourself so you can take care of the things around you.”
Cuoco had suffered major injuries in the past. She had shoulder surgery in July 2018, just five days after her wedding to her ex-husband Karl Cook.
“This was a planned surgery that I had for over a year,” he explained. “I was hurt [my shoulder] more than a year ago and didn’t need emergency surgery so [I] He cleverly planned it five days after our wedding. I knew I would have a sitter.”
He also revealed that he had a terrible horseback riding accident in September 2010 last year, which nearly had his leg amputated.
Cuoco, an avid horse jumper and competitor, recalled that while riding on a ranch in Los Angeles, his horse was startled, which caused him to fall. Seconds later, the horse tried to jump over him, but it landed on his left leg. He was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
Doctors initially believed that Cuoco would not be able to walk for months. However, after two weeks in the hospital, his walking boots were put on and he stood up. The accident caused Cuoco to be written in two parts. Big Bangbut he finally came back.
