Jamie Foxx is reportedly recovering after suffering a medical complication.
The “Ray” actor is “constantly improving,” a source told People on Friday.
A separate source also said that production of the movie “Back In Action”, which Foxx is currently shooting, was “closed” on Wednesday due to health concerns.
However, the photos showed that the shoot continued with a stand-in for the Oscar winner the next day.
Foxx’s representative did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Fans first learned of the “Day Shift” actor’s condition after his daughter and “Beat Shazam” co-host Corinne Foxx revealed that her father was “recovering” after medical scares.
Corinne, 29, took to Instagram Wednesday night to share a message from “the Foxx family.”
“We wanted to share that my father, Jamie Foxx, had a medical complication yesterday,” he began the statement.
“Fortunately, thanks to quick action and great care, he’s already on his way to recovery.”
The family’s message continued: “We know how much he is loved and we appreciate your prayers. The family wants privacy during this time.”
Sources with “direct knowledge” of the situation also told TMZ that Jamie was taken to the hospital Tuesday morning in a “serious enough” condition and was traveling to be with family members.
“He’s communicating now, and that’s good news,” said one inside the outlet.
The actress shares Corinne with her ex-girlfriend, Connie Kline, and her second daughter, Annalize Bishop, 14, with her ex-girlfriend, Kristin Grannis.
The “Terrible Bosses” actor got a lot of support from his friends as well as his family.
Kerry Washington sent “love and prayers” to the “huzbin movie” after portraying her wives in “Ray” and “Django Unchained” in 2004 and 2012 respectively.
Washington, 46, wrote “A @iamjamiefoxx tribute” under an old photo of the duo looking hot on the red carpet.
“I send you my love and prayers, my movie huzbin.”
Viola Davis, who starred in the TV series “Law Abiding Citizen” with Foxx in 2009, also shared a nostalgic photo.

Davis dropped the note “Get well soon Jamie Foxx” on his Instagram post.
“We need you… your light, your radiance.”
Meanwhile, NBA star LeBron James took to Twitter to show his support for Jamie.
“I send my thoughts and prayers to the skies to my brother Jamie Foxx!!!!” tweeted.
“Heal and get back to yourself WITHOUT DELAY! God willing.”
Jamie’s health scare came weeks after he returned to the set of “Back in Action” amid reports that co-star Cameron Diaz had an alleged “meltdown” that made him want to quit acting again.
The two were photographed shooting together again days later.
