Jamie Foxx feels “blessed” as he continues to battle the health issues that have brought him to the hospital.
The 55-year-old actress took to social media to break her silence after being hospitalized for a medical emergency.
“Appreciate all the love!!! I feel blessed,” Foxx wrote in an Instagram post Wednesday, along with praying hands, heart and fox emojis.
He also shared his appreciation for Nick Cannon, who hosted “Beat Shazam” in the absence of the “Ray” actor.
“Thank you for my son @NickCannon,” she wrote on her Instagram Story. See you soon.
The show shared in a statement that Cannon will step in with the help of Kelly Osbourne.
Not wanting fans of the game show to miss a moment of the fun this season, Nick Cannon has offered to fill his spot as guest host for his friends Jamie and Corinne Foxx, the show’s Instagram account said in a statement. “Kelly Osbourne will take her place as DJ.”
The post continued, “Everyone at FOX Entertainment wishes Jamie well, and we greatly appreciate Nick’s willingness to step in and help this summer.”
Foxx has been hospitalized for almost a month with a mysterious illness. His daughter explained that she was hospitalized for a “medical complication”.
“Fortunately, due to quick action and great care, she’s already on her way to recovery,” Corinne, 29, wrote on Instagram at the time. “We know how much he is loved and we appreciate your prayers. The family wants privacy during this time.”
