How did you get the idea for these companies, and what are some of the challenges in building them?”
“My inspiration for starting these companies came from my passion for digital marketing and fashion design. The work experience I gained in the United States gave me many ideas for filling the gap in the Middle East and globally. I strive for the fusion of creativity, work culture, and modern innovation.
The biggest challenge was balancing both businesses while managing my personal life. One of my essential accomplishments thus far has been growing the teams for both companies and working with fantastic clients who trust and appreciate my work. The critical skills for running these businesses are strong communication, organization, and resilience. I stay organized by keeping a list of tasks and deadlines and managing my time effectively by breaking tasks into smaller, achievable steps. I also prioritize tasks to ensure the most critical issues are addressed in a timely manner.”
“How do you successfully run both of these businesses simultaneously?”
“I find that staying motivated and finding creative solutions to tasks helps me to stay organized and on top of my work. For instance, taking breaks when I need to help me come back with fresh eyes and a clear mind. I also like to set realistic goals for myself, and reward myself when I meet and exceed them. In terms of communication, maintaining strong professional relationships and treating everyone with respect and dignity is essential for success. I value flexibility and resourcefulness in my professional life, as it allows me to remain adaptable and open to new possibilities.”
“What is your biggest accomplishment or achievement with your companies so far?”
“Becoming a finalist for the Miss Influencer UAE competition has been one of my biggest accomplishments. Indeed, it was driven by the developments of my companies which have been growing over the last nine years. Having strong support from family, friends, team members, and colleagues is also essential for success. They keep me motivated and provide valuable feedback on my work. Their encouragement and belief in my abilities have helped me stay focused and grow as a professional. Additionally, engaging with professional organizations and communities helps keep me informed, connected, and inspired. Building these relationships allows me to stay current and ahead in my respective fields. I also find that learning from and helping others is another great way to gain experience and perspective, and keep growing and evolving.”
