Ginnifer Goodwin looked like a million bucks at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in Washington, D.C. Saturday night—but her dress was only $299.
This Once over The NPR guest star wore a voluminous light gray creation from the new H&M Exclusive Glamor Conscious Collection of eco-friendly dresses and partings already seen on the red carpet from stars like Michelle Williams, Viola Davis, Kristin Davis and Amanda. Seyfried.
“I wanted something very earth friendly,” the actress told PEOPLE as she entered the event. “That was critical.”
Goodwin’s dress is a limited edition piece; only 1,000 were made and each was individually numbered. The top of the dress features white organic cotton and silk boucle, organza pleated meringue skirt. There’s a concealed zipper in the back, and Goodwin customized the dress by also adding a black belt and a statement clutch from Stark.
Her dress went well with all Monique Lhuilliers and Marchesas – but it really has a price we can afford! Tell us: Would you guess Goodwin’s dress was more expensive?
