Halsey and Alev Aydın have apparently quit the job after two years of dating with the singer, who seeks full custody of their 1-year-old son, Ender Ridley.
The 28-year-old filed for full physical custody on April 5, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.
But Halsey claimed joint expenses with joint legal custody and visitation rights.
Halsey representatives did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
Using the pronouns “they/they”, the “Closer” singer also confirmed their relationship with the 40-year-old, while announcing that they are expecting their first child in January 2021.
“Surprise!” The singer captioned a series of topless, baby bump photos at the time.
Aydin, who was tagged in the post, shared the images on his Instagram Story and commented, “My heart is so full, I love you honey.”
Less than six months later, the then-couple welcomed the package of joy, which Halsey called “the most ‘rare’ and exuberant birth”.
