Gwyneth Paltrow took the stand in the ski accident case on March 24, and her outlandish words immediately made headlines.
In his statement, Goop’s founder alleges that he had a hit-and-run with retired doctor Terry Sanderson during a family vacation in 2016.
The Oscar winner was at the Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah, with her husband Brad Falchuk, their two children, and their own children – daughter Apple and son Moses – when the incident occurred.
Three years later, Sanderson sued the “Shakespeare in Love” star for $3.1 million in damages, alleging that the accident caused him “brain damage.” [and] four broken ribs.”
In February 2019, Paltrow filed a $1 counterclaim for “symbolic damages” in addition to attorney’s fees.
