Over the weekend, the rapper shared a sweet photo of himself and his 32-year-old eldest son, Joey, who lives with autism, on Instagram. In the photo, Joey, sitting in a wheelchair, puts his hand on his father’s stomach while Fat Joe rests his chin on his son’s head.
The father of four wrote the caption “Unconditional Love – Lil Joe” under the photo.

In November, Fat Joe appeared. Appearance to promote his memory Jose’s Book. Presenter Ana Navarro, who hugged as the rapper went out, noted that they had known each other for a while and congratulated Fat Joe for having “the most beautiful family”.
“You live for them,” said Lorena, Joe’s wife, daughter Azariah, 16 — “whose little finger he got you into,” Navarro joked — and Ryan and Joey, 26.
Talking about his son Joey, the rapper talked about including his son’s story in his memoirs.
“My entire book is a book of transparency,” he shared. “It’s about failures, it’s about victories. It’s about going through dark times and knowing that you can finally smile.”
He declared that he was “very proud” of Joey, congratulating him as the “Don of the family”.
“It inspires me. It’s such a blessing to our lives that it’s almost like an angel,” the rapper said. “The gift that keeps on giving is little Joey and I’m so proud of him.”
Having raised Joey as a single father with the help of his family from the age of 19 until he was married, Fat Joe reflected on his fatherhood journey as he celebrated Joey’s birthday last December.
