Doja Cat turns the Met Gala 2023 red carpet into a “Freaky Deaky” fashion playground.
The Grammy-winning actress made her debut at Vogue’s prestigious ball on Monday by channeling Karl Lagerfeld’s famous pet cat, Choupette, in her outfit.
Doja Cat, whose real name is Amala Ratna Zandile Dlamini, wore a silver sequined Oscar de la Renta gown with a dramatic hood and feathered tail, the same color as Choupette’s jacket. She completed the look with embellished animal ears.
Her allure was all-cat as she rocked an elaborate prosthetic cat nose and dramatic cat-eye makeup.
The “Say That” singer even meowed during a Vogue live-stream interview.
It’s no surprise that 27-year-old Doja received an enviable invitation to the star-studded party, as she made one headline after another last year with her fearless fashion and makeup choices.

Last summer, she shaved her hair and eyebrows while live on social media. This provided her with a blank canvas for her beauty experiments, which included a Midas-worthy memory of October with gold paint.
Then, in perhaps the most memorable dunk style to date, Doja attended the Schiaparelli Haute Couture runway show during Paris Fashion Week in January with her face and body completely covered with red Swarovski crystals. It took more than 30,000 stones and five hours of work to achieve the stunning look.
During the same shows, he redesigned false eyelashes as eyebrows and rocked a mustache and goatee in a Viktor & Rolf presentation for a surreal effect befitting Salvador Dalí.
Regardless of what fans think of the Met’s search, don’t expect Doja to receive any negative feedback.
The “Vegas” singer often fires at haters, telling critics of her latest plastic surgery procedures to “eat my long, quiet, hot farts.”
