Cameron Diaz returned to the set of “Back in Action” Monday to continue filming with Jamie Foxx’s body stunt.
The photos show the “Charlie’s Angels” star looking relaxed in a sweatpants, glasses and wavy hair as she hugs co-star McKenna Roberts.
In other photos, Diaz, 50, Roberts and the corpse walked past what appeared to be a nightclub called The Level twice and exited with worried expressions on their faces.
The production uses a body stunt for Foxx, 55, as he was hospitalized last week for an undisclosed “medical complication.”
Corinne Foxx, her daughter and co-host of “Beat Shazam”, said in a statement on social media that she is recovering.
“Fortunately, due to rapid action and great care, he is already on his way to recovery,” he wrote.

However, Jamie’s condition was said to be “serious enough” and his family was from out of town.
People reported over the weekend that the Oscar-winning actor is “constantly improving.” Production of the Netflix action movie was temporarily halted last Wednesday due to health scares.
But as of Monday, the “Django Without Chain” actor remained in the hospital to get to the root of his mysterious illness.
“They’re running tests,” a source told People.
Jamie’s representatives did not respond to Page Six’s repeated requests for comment.
The “Horrible Bosses” actor looked happy and healthy on the set of “Back in Action” just a day before he was hospitalized.
Jamie was photographed on a soccer field with a group of girls in soccer uniforms in a black T-shirt and a red Nike jacket over trousers as the cameras turned.
The “Ray” star reportedly had a meltdown on set prior to her illness, prompting Diaz to consider quitting acting again.
