Taylor Swift certainly wasn’t “ready for it” when a bug flew into her mouth during the Eras Tour.
Unexpectedly on Sunday night, the pop star suddenly began coughing and gagging on stage in front of more than 60,000 fans at Chicago’s Soldier Field. per video shared on social media. He later shared with the audience, “I swallowed a bug. I’m so sorry.”
Swift laughed quickly at her misfortune and said, “Oh, delicious. Oh my God. Any chance any of you have seen this?”
He continued to “shake” with more joking and said, “It’s okay, that’s all – I swallowed it.”
After recovering from the accident, the singer added, “So I’ll try not to do too much. It will happen again tonight. There are a lot of bugs. There are thousands. Anyway, that was fun.”
The awkward cut came midway through Swift’s third and final concert in Chicago.
The 33-year-old Grammy-winning actress kicked off her time at Soldier Field on Friday by celebrating the start of Pride Month with a passionate message for LGBTQIA+ fans.
“I’m looking out tonight, [and] “I see so many incredible people living authentically and beautifully, and this is a safe space for you.” “This is a place of celebration for you.”

Swift also encouraged her fans to continue standing up for the LGBTQIA+ community beyond June by taking action and voting in local elections.
“We can give as much support as we want in Pride Month, but if we’re not doing research on these elected officials, are they advocacy? Are they allies? Keepers of equality?” he continued.
Then on Saturday night, “All Too Well” singer welcomed Maren Morris for a surprise performance of “You All Over Me.”
Morris is the latest artist to join the Eras Tour. Late last month, Swift teamed up with Ice Spice to perform remixes of “Karma” during her break in East Rutherford, NJ.
