A viral TikTok video of the somersault showed the singer staggering as she walked down the stairs to the stage, causing concertgoers to gasp.
Carrying a guitar around his neck as he fell, the 73-year-old lay on his back for a few seconds until his E Street bandmates ran to help him stand up.
“Good night to everyone!” Springsteen jokingly shouted as the crowd cheered for his recovery.
The songwriter looked uninjured as he deleted the deletion and resumed his three-hour show.
Fans took to social media to express their relief at the cold-blooded reaction of the 20 Grammy-winning actors.
“Thank God nothing happened to him when Bruce Springsteen crashed onto the stage last night.” Twitter user wrote.

Another added“I just saw Bruce Springsteen tonight. [point] fell but then tore off his shirt to show his chest and remind us he was a man! Everything was so overwhelming.”

Springsteen and the E Street Band are currently in the middle of a world tour that started in Tampa, Florida in February.
The group will perform in the UK, Switzerland, Sweden, Germany, Norway and Belgium throughout the summer.
The “Glory Days” singer will return to the United States in August before ending up with a few California dates four months later.
