Britney Spears doesn’t tolerate embarrassing her body.
The “Toxic” hit producer revealed he was considering hiring a personal trainer, but quickly changed his mind when the fitness expert told him he needed his “youthful body.”
“I took the time to find a trainer 2 months ago,” Spears wrote on Instagram on Monday. “And the first thing he did to me was literally… and I’m not even lying… pinching the skin on my stomach and legs and telling me I needed to get back to my youthful body.”
The 41-year-old “Circus” singer questioned “why he did that” before revealing that the interaction had brought him to tears.
“Obviously I didn’t hire him, so I did it myself!!!” explained. “I work out for 45 minutes 3 times a week, that’s all!!!”
He continued, “I hate working too long. I’m sharing this because I worked hard to get in shape but I still don’t look like the photos taken by dads!!!”
The singer said she wanted to “share what my body looks like right now” even though she “knows her body isn’t perfect” because she works out “by blowing her ass off”.
“For some people, like that trainer who can see those disgusting dad pictures and smile secretly. Yes, you got it. I got 4 hours of footage filming this yesterday, and bitch, I’m just getting started,” the pop star wrapped up her long message in Paula’s song “Feelin’ Love”, accompanied by a video of her dancing at her Los Angeles home to Cole.
In the clip, Spears wore khaki shorts and a yellow crop top with brown heels. She accessorized the look with a gold necklace and wedding ring.

The posts came a week after she and her husband, 29-year-old Sam Asghari, were photographed separately without their wedding rings.
The Grammy-winning actress was spotted arriving at LAX Airport without a giant stone on her finger prior to her getaway in Puerto Rico.
Asghari was photographed the next day in a car valet – again without her wedding ring.
Still, Spears’ ring was on her left hand in her latest social media post, and Asghari’s rep, Brandon Cohen, told Page Six on March 31 that there was no fighting conflict.
The couple said “Yes” in June 2022, seven months after the “Lucky” singer was released from a controversial conservatory spanning almost 13 years.
