Britney Spears posted an old photo of herself holding her youngest son, Jayden, while the teenager and her other son, Sean, were planning to move to Hawaii with their father, Kevin Federline.
In the photo shared on Instagram on Saturday, the “Toxic” singer walked through a parking lot with a younger Jayden on her hip.
Spears, 41, wrote “🌷🌷” under the photo and turned off comments on the post.
The pop star’s nostalgic photo comes two weeks after reports surfaced that her sons, 17-year-old Sean and 16-year-old Jayden, wanted to live with Federline full-time in Aloha State.
Former backup dancer Per TMZ, 45, “sent a letter” through his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, asking if Spears would be open to children leaving Los Angeles on the island.
Sources said Federline and her legal team wanted “a response from Britney by the end of the week.”
If the “Gimme More” singer objected, Kaplan would probably decide in Federline’s favor, as she would seek permission from a judge and the children wanted to leave town and hadn’t seen their mother in over a year.
TMZ reported that the teen’s stepmother, Victoria Prince, received a job offer from a university in Hawaii, while Federline had DJ opportunities there.
The Outlet reports that the “You Got Served” actor and his family want to leave Los Angeles in July after Sean graduates from high school.
Jayden, on the other hand, “would continue to take classes remotely.”
Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, announced on Wednesday that he would “not interfere and allow” Federline to move in with their son.

Rosengart said she did not “expect a dispute” when she was first contacted about the move in April, and shared that she had warned Kaplan at the time to “keep the matter private for the good and dignity of all parties involved, including children.” ”
While Spears is happy with the move, fans speculate that Federline moved to Hawaii due to the state’s expanded child support laws.
Child support may be claimed for children up to age 23 in that state if they are enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university or a vocational or trade school.
News of the move also came when Federline’s other underage children were sued by the private Christian college prep school for owed more than $15,000 in tuition fees.
Spears and Federline were married in October 2004. But after three years they quit the job.
The former wrestler is the father of four more children: daughters Jordan (11) and Peyton (9), with whom he shares with Prince, and 20-year-old daughter Kori and 18-year-old son Kaleb, whom he shares with ex-fiancee Shar Jackson.
Federline married the 40-year-old Prince in August 2013, while Spears married Sam Asghari in June 2022.
