Bridget Fonda stands behind her decision to quit acting more than two decades ago.
A paparazzi asked Fonda at LAX airport on Monday if she plans to return to Hollywood to pursue her career, and she immediately replied “No”.
In the video captured by the Daily Mail, the 59-year-old said: “I don’t think so. [there’s any chance]. It’s nice to be a civilian.”
Fonda bent over as the photographer pressed her again and nodded before she got in the car with her 18-year-old son, Oliver.
Fonda, who retired in 2002 to start a family with her current husband, Danny Elfman, was born into a famous acting dynasty.
Her aunt is two-time Oscar winner Jane Fonda and her father is Peter Fonda. (Bridget made his screen debut at the age of 4 in Peter’s 1969 film “Easy Rider.”)
Also, Bridget’s grandfather, Henry Fonda, won an Academy Award in 1982 for his role in “On Golden Pond.”
Bridget is best known for starring in “The Godfather Part III”, “Single White Female”, “Jackie Brown” and more.

The reclusive star wore a similarly casual outfit when she was photographed earlier this month.
