Let the “Renaissance” begin.

Beyoncé kicked off her highly anticipated world tour at the Friends Arena in Stockholm on Wednesday.

Unusually, the music superstar opened his nearly three-hour concert with slower favorites like “Dangerously in Love 2” and “I Care.” He then sang “Renaissance” cuts, including “Alien Superstar” and “Cuff It”.

This was followed by the biggest hits like “Love on Top” and “Crazy in Love”. (See the full set list below.)

Page Six reported that in September 2022, Beyoncé was taking her “Renaissance” album on the road.

In February, it officially announced more than 50 history tours announcing an itinerary that includes stops in London, Amsterdam, Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, and New Orleans, among other metropolitan areas.

Forbes reported on Monday that Beyoncé’s latest global journey could surpass Taylor Swift’s ongoing Eras Tour with $500 million and an estimated $2.1 billion gross, making it the most successful concert series of all time.

“Renaissance” was one of the most famous albums of the last year and peaked at #1 on Page Six of the 2022 Best Albums chart.

Beyoncé, 41, has described “Renaissance” as the first part of a “three-act project”, but it’s unclear what else she has prepared for Beyhive.
