Arnold Schwarzenegger has a new pet to add to his family… and it’s a pig!


The former governor of California’s new pig is named Schnelly Schwarzenegger. “Chnell” means “fast” in German, and the pig is reportedly fast on its feet, FOX 11 reports.


Schwarzenegger, 75, first spoke about the new member of his family in an interview with FOX 11’s Elex Michaelson for The Issue Is.


The Austrian native said the piggy gets along well with his other pets, a donkey, a miniature horse and a dog.




this is not the first time Terminator the actor had a pet pig.


When asked a question Batman and Robin (1997) starring George Clooney while promoting his movie SabotageHe talked about how Clooney had a pet pig named Max in 2014.

According to The Columbus Dispatch, Schwarzenegger said, “I’ve always loved that he takes care of pigs; he has this little pig that he takes everywhere.”




“I bought a pig right after,” admitted the actor. “The only problem is I must have gotten the wrong one because in a short time it was 300 pounds and I could barely lift the son of a gun.”
