Speaking to PEOPLE, a source confirmed that Armie Hammer and Elizabeth Chambers have reached an agreement three years after filing for divorce.
On Tuesday, the former couple reached a settlement that will soon be finalized by a judge.
Hammer, 36, and Chambers, 40, married in May 2010 and they have two children: Harper, 8, and Ford Douglas Amand, 6.
In a Declaration of Default received by PEOPLE, the court document revealed that “the parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and marriage or partnership rights, including marriage or alimony, in original or being presented to the court.” and that the couple asked the “court” [to] confirm the deal.”
The settlement was first reported by TMZ.
After 10 years of marriage, she filed for divorce in July 2020. When they announced their separation at the time, they said on social media with the same phrases, “Thirteen years as best friend, soul mate, partner, and then parent.”
“It was an incredible journey, but together we decided to turn the page and move on from our marriage. As we move into the next chapter, our children and our relationship as co-parents and dear friends will remain our top priority,” they added.
Hammer later became the subject of serious allegations, including sexual assault, which derailed the actor’s film career.
In May, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office decided not to pursue sexual assault charges in a case because after an investigation “they were unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”

At the time, Hammer denied having committed any crimes, but admitted to being emotionally abusive towards the former partners.
Chambers told by hand magazine said in February that it would “always support” Hammer.
“All I want is for him to be sober, healthy and happy. And that’s him,” she said at the time.
“It’s really there when I’m with the kids, and that’s all I can hope for,” she added. “All you want is for your kids to have two solid parents, right? That’s always the goal, so I’ll do everything I can to support that.”
