Rosie O’Donnell and Tom Cruise have been friends for 25 years (she was famous for gushing about her on her talk show), and the actress doesn’t feel the holiday spirit until delicious desserts pop up on her doorstep each year.
Last Christmas, O’Donnell posted on Instagram, “My Tommy sent me a coconut cake!! I love that man.”

Cruise’s cake is so famous that his super weapon costar, Jay Ellis flew to Mexico last year.

It turns out the cake is a big hit at Playtone, the production company that her colleagues gasp for to be delivered each year.
“They’re starting to watch: What mail is it? Is the big box coming in? Are we actually getting this thing called Tom Cruise cake?” Said while on the YouTube series of Mythical Kitchen Last Meals.
And because the cake is so delicious, the company begins to savor every slice as the days go by. “Everybody starts slicing thinner and thinner slices,” Hanks joked.

“I was talking about you being on the cake list and someone said, ‘Oh, yes, we get cake from Tom every year,’ and I said, ‘Is that so? I’ve never seen the damn cake.'”
Turns out it was the “prettiest cake” one of Norton’s crew has ever had… and it didn’t take long enough to get to the host!
