Olivia Wilde is accusing Jason Sudeikis of trying to “litigate her into debt” in their ongoing custody battle over their two children.
“While Jason can afford to spin his wheels with filing after filing, Olivia cannot,” Wilde’s attorneys wrote in advance of a hearing scheduled in Los Angeles Friday, according to The Daily Mail.
“Jason seems intent on throwing whatever he can against the wall to see what will stick, and this Request for Order seeking a stay of the California Parentage action is just the latest example.”
The hearing ultimately went in Wilde’s favor, TMZ reported, with a judge ruling that the former couple’s legal war over Otis, 8, and Daisy, 6, should remain in California instead of New York.
The “Don’t Worry Darling” further accused the “Ted Lasso” star of being “underhanded” and acting “in bad faith” over their kids’ futures by using “intimidation or trickery” to win, the outlet reported.
Wilde, 39, fought for the kids to remain in Los Angeles, Sudeikis, 47, was intent on having them back in Brooklyn. The “O.C.” alum claimed there was no reason for the children to live on the East Coast, as Daisy never went to school there and Otis only attended one semester of kindergarten in the Empire State.
“Jason should not be permitted to litigate Olivia into debt, and then claim she should be deprived of her right to seek a needs-based fee contribution from him,” her attorneys write, adding that Wilde is “aware that he is far wealthier than she is.”
The “House” alum claimed in the filing that she believed she and the “Horrible Bosses” star were moving toward an amicable resolution until he allegedly blindsided her.
“We were scheduled to start working with a family therapist in California in mid-January. I thought things were calming down and were going to move forward in a more amicable, respectful fashion,” Wilde claimed.

“Instead I learned .. that the entire time I was negotiating the parenting time schedule in California [Jason] was plotting to proceed with the New York Child Support proceeding behind my back.”
Reps for Sudeikis didn’t immediately return Page Six’s request for comment.
In January, the former pair did spark rumors that their relationship had improved as they were photographed embracing each other. They’ve been at war since Sudeikis served Wilde with custody papers in the midst of her presentation at CinemaCon in April 2022.
“It seemed unthinkable to her, and it took a moment to set in, but as mortifying as it was, she did not want to give a reaction,” a source told us at the time.
Wilde and Sudeikis started dating in November 2011 and got engaged in January 2013. They separated in November 2020.
