Rachel Zegler is celebrating a special anniversary with a very special co-star.
On Monday, the actor celebrated the 2-year anniversary of his relationship with his friend. West Side Story And Song of Songbirds and Snakes The Josh Andrés Rivera star shared a gallery of their adorable moments together on Instagram.
“2 years!” Zegler, 22, wrote in the post’s caption: She added: “Happy anniversary, whammo. I love you more every day.”
He finished with a sweet parenthesis: “You are the strongest part of me.”
Rivera, 28, is seen giving the thumbs up in part of the video Zegler shared in her Instagram post. When his girlfriend says something to his parents, he says: “How are you? I’m taking good care of her!”

Zegler and Rivera met on the set of 2021 West Side StoryShe portrayed Maria and Chino respectively. Ansel Elgort, Ariana DeBose and Rita Moreno starred in the remake of Steven Spielberg’s 1961 musical film. Although the film sets up its characters for a potential romance, Zegler’s Maria instead falls for Elgort’s Tony.
But off-screen, Zegler and Rivera began posting photos of the duo together, including on Valentine’s Day 2022. West Side Story Zegler of the National Board of Review called Rivera “love of my life“Who I had the chance to meet on the set of this movie.”
“Thank you for holding my hand in my dreams and in my reality,” she wrote at the time. “I love living life with you. Thank you for making me laugh.”
Weeks later at the 2022 Academy Awards West Side Story Zegler and Rivera, who were nominated for seven Oscars, including Best Picture, made their red carpet debut as a couple.
