Madonna’s family, who was recently hospitalized for a “serious bacterial infection”, comes for her.
On Wednesday, David Banda, son of the “Material Girl” singer, was photographed arriving at his New York City Upper East Side apartment.
In photos privately obtained by Page Six, 17, whom she adopted in Malawi in 2006, she looked stoic as she walked past a black door with headphones in her ears.
He wore a patterned short-sleeved shirt, jeans, and a pair of brown boots for the trip.
The visit to David’s mother’s home comes after Page Six privately reported that the pop star was found unresponsive and was taken to a New York hospital on Saturday.
The “Like a Virgin” singer was said to be intubated for at least one night during her hospital stay before her tube was removed.
Madonna’s longtime manager, Guy Oseary, wrote on Instagram Wednesday that Grammy-winning Madonna “developed a serious bacterial infection that caused her to spend several days in the ICU.”
While a source told us she is now “out of the intensive care unit”, Oseary explained in her post that the “Vogue” singer is “still under medical care.” A full recovery is expected.”
In the weeks before her hospital stay, Madonna was “heavyly rehearsing” for her upcoming Celebration Tour at the Nassau Coliseum on Long Island, a source close to the production told Page Six privately.

“He was putting in 12 hours a day,” an insider told us. “He was rehearsing strenuously and getting to work.”
Due to Madonna’s health scares, her entire tour, which was scheduled to begin next month in Vancouver, was postponed, and this was definitely not what she wanted.
“Madonna doesn’t want to cancel her tour. A second insider source told Page Six that he was having a lot of fun at rehearsals and wants to return when he’s ready.
The source added that it was “game” to “finally” hit the road, but “his team didn’t want to push him.”
Earlier this month, Madonna was celebrating the primary school graduation of her 10-year-old twin daughters, Stella and Estere.
“2 weeks!!!! Happy graduation!” he wrote next to a photo of the girls wearing blue caps and aprons.
The Queen of Pop is also the mother of three more children: Lourdes, 26, Rocco, 22, and Chifundo, 17.
