Bethenny Frankel responded to haters who labeled her “boggling” and “contactless” for showing off her massive diamond engagement ring.
The “Real Housewives of New York City” graduate faced backlash Monday after she compared fiancé Paul Bernon’s 10-carat emerald-cut sparkler with smaller diamond rings in a hilarious Instagram video.
On Tuesday, Bravolebrity took to the comments section in self-defense.
“It seems to make you feel jealous. Frankel, 52, responded to a critic with applause.
When another troll expressed a preference for smaller rings over “gaudy rings” [sic] a huge ring,” replied Frankel, “there is no danger of it being so.”
In a long-winded comment, a “single mother of one child” talked about how the wealthy “kept getting rich” and asked Frankel to use the ring money to help others.
The Instagram user wrote, “I LOVE seeing these people spend their money on such AMAZING things when I can’t even pay off my debt,” adding that Frankel’s flashy upload made him feel “sick.”
The Skinnygirl CEO responded to the criticism, “then maybe you should do something and help some people. Go to a shelter.”
He threw the same sentiment at a commenter who wrote, “Money Talks.” [and] Whispers of Wealth.
“Not on social media,” Frankel replied. “This culture quietly celebrates multi-million dollar weddings in the south of France. What fraud.
The former reality star continued, “Lol, maybe you should do some charity work…..❤️❤️❤️Thanks for your interest as it’s a RELATED post!”
He even admitted that he “loves”.[s] trolls bc about ENGAGEMENT” while talking to one of their defenders.
As for those concerned that Frankel might endanger himself by promoting such an expensive ring, he confirmed that the jewels were kept “in the safe.”
“This is called humor. Take a moment,” blasted another hater.
Frankel has been wearing the ring, which is estimated to be worth seven figures, since Bernon’s March 2021 bid.

“I’m so excited and it’s really great,” the bride-to-be told Extra after the 45-year-old businessman got down on one knee.
The two started dating in 2018 after meeting on a dating app, and Frankel finalized her divorce from ex-husband Jason Hoppy just before she and Bernon got engaged.
This isn’t the first time Frankel has showcased his wealth on social media. The “Big Shot with Bethenny” graduate recently toured the $6.2 million Hamptons mansion.
However, she frequently posts content about drugstore makeup and discount shopping.
