Treat Williams’ daughter honored her father on a heartbreaking Father’s Day, just days after his unexpected death.
Ellie Williams, 24, shared two vacation photos of her father on her Instagram Story on Sunday.
The note “I love you daddy” fell under the photo. “I miss you.”
A second slide showed a more recent photo of a grey-haired Treat, who was 71 years old when he died.
“I took this photo of my dad when I was in college,” he wrote. “He is very handsome.”
Treat died in a motorcycle accident on June 12.
“Treat was full of love for his family, his life and his craft, and he was truly at the top of his game,” his family said in a statement. “Everything is so shocking right now, but please know that Treat is deeply loved and respected by his family and everyone who knew him.”
In April, Ellie shared a memory of a day spent outside with her father while exploring the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. “Daddio and I went to the Wizarding World 🧙🏻♀️🧙🏼♂️” she wrote on the photo on her Instagram. Treat says, “We had such a good time! ❤️”
Just days before her death, Treat shared a photo of Ellie on Instagram with the caption, “I miss you girl ❤️❤️❤️”.
