Elisabeth Shue will not go under the knife to turn back time.
“I wonder what I’m supposed to look like as an old woman someday,” the 59-year-old actress told Page Six Style at the Tribeca Festival premiere of “The Good Half.”
“I want to know how it will turn out, I want to see it, and I’m not afraid,” he added.
When we mentioned that Shue is one of the handful of actresses we see on red carpets who have apparently given up on plastic surgery, she tried to guess the others.
“I know!” Shue exclaimed. “Frances McDormand (and) Annette Bening.”
Shue also walked the red carpet in her own outfits—a rare move in Hollywood—and without makeup.
The blonde beauty, who made her film debut in 1984’s “The Karate Kid” opposite Ralph Macchio, had a long and interesting career; This included co-starring with Tom Cruise in “Cocktail,” a camping classic that earned an Oscar nomination for “Leaving Las Vegas.” and a delicious and demonic role as a manager in “The Boys.”
But the “Back to the Future II” star told us that her daughters were never really interested in her career until she played Nick Jonas’ mother in “The Other Half.”
“She’s amazing,” Shue was thrilled to work with the “Jealous” singer.
“He’s a really generous person and yes, he’s a pop star, but he’s a very unique (and) brilliant actor who grew up in New Jersey.”
For more Bottom Styles…
Shue, who grew up in Garden State, said he and Jonas bonded “immediately”.
“There’s no such thing as a bull if you’re from Jersey,” he explained. “They’re straight shooters.”
Also at the premiere were the other stars of the movie, “Veep” actor Matt Walsh, Brittany Snow, David Arquette, director Robert Schwartzman and, of course, Nick Jonas.
