It is far from being “Shallow” anymore.
On Wednesday, Lady Gaga shared two no-makeup selfies on Instagram of her lying in bed wearing a pale pink sweatshirt.
Gaga posted the photos to celebrate her beauty line Haus Labs, which launched in the UK.
“The Joker: Folie à Deux” actress commented, “I’ve always been very inspired by beauty and fashion in the UK and how bold and innovative it is.”
Gaga said she founded Haus Labs “as a company that’s also bold and innovative in its art and formulas, combining beautiful colors with skin-loving ingredients that make our makeup good for your skin.”
The pop phenomenon’s beauty brand jumped into the comments and wrote, “Absolutely feeling the love from beyond the lake 🥹 The future is beautiful!💚”.
This isn’t the only time Gaga has gone makeup-free in recent months.
At the Oscars in March, “Top Gun: Maverick” made headlines with a no-make-up performance of the song “Hold My Hand” just hours after she walked the award show’s red carpet in all its glory.
Her transformation was so dramatic that fans begged to know what type of makeup remover she used before the performance – especially after makeup artist Sarah Tanno shared an “after” photo.
For those interested, Tanno touted the powers of Lancôme Bi-Facial Dual-Action Eye Makeup Remover ($43, originally $50) in a 2019 Harper’s Bazaar interview, praising the “old-fashioned” favorite.

Tanno also said that her superstar client referred her to argan oil as a makeup remover.
“If you have heavy eye makeup or waterproof products, just plain argan oil is really great for removing and melting everything off,” she said. “I learn a lot from him. [Gaga]!”
While the “Applause” singer is famous for her dramatic fashion and beauty statements, perhaps fans now think she looks most like herself with a bare face; When Haus Labs released a TikTok to plug in their products last month, fans thought it was “unrecognizable”.
