Tom Cruise knows a thing or two about running on screen.
On Wednesday, Cruise, 60, twitter Sharing a humorous post for Global Running Day. The actor used a GIF of a clip from his upcoming movie. impossible mission The sequel shows him running onscreen as Ethan Hunt.

Cruise also updated his profiles on both social media platforms, saying, “He’s been in movies since 1981”, referring to the year he starred in his first roles in movies. Endless Love And faucets.
Cruise reprises his role as Hunt in the upcoming seventh movie. impossible mission The movie is the first entry in the series since 2018. According to an official synopsis of the film, Hunt and his crew are tasked with tracking down “a terrifying new weapon that threatens all of humanity before it falls into the wrong hands.” The synopsis also promises “a deadly race around the world” throughout the movie.

Global Running Day’s website describes the initiative as “a worldwide celebration of running that encourages people of all ages and abilities to get moving.”
“This day plays an important role in reminding us of the positive and unifying power that running can offer to our physical and mental health,” the nonprofit’s website states about the event. Global Running Day is June 7th, the organization is holding virtual running events where interested participants can participate until Sunday, June 11th.
The organization also added notes to its website advising potential runners to exercise caution in light of significant air pollution in New York City and much of the east coast of the United States due to smoke from severe wildfires in eastern Canada.
