A Cannes regular since her teenage years, Fanning never misses a beat as she walks the red carpet and attends events at a week-long, star-studded cinema celebration in France.
But on Thursday, Fanning may have outdone herself by attending an event hosted by fashion house Paco Rabanne with the brand’s shimmering suit.
The look featured the star in head-to-toe silver with a slim choker collar attached to a flowy, tinsel skirt, which Fanning showed off in an Instagram video as she enchantedly bounced with every step.

Her dress was almost topless, for the skirt started just below her bust, with two snowflake-shaped metal cups and a thicker metal strap that ran down the middle of her chest, connecting the neckline to the skirt. Fanning completed the look with blonde curls in the middle and matching silver stilettos.
Nor was this the first shimmering silhouette she wore at this year’s festival. On the opening night of the event, Fanning walked the red carpet in a romantic ball gown with a crystal-embroidered blush skirt and an intricately embroidered silver bodice, and was adorned with a stunning Cartier necklace.
A spokesperson for L’Oréal Paris International defined her eyes with L’Oréal Paris Telescopic Mascara in Intense Black and told PEOPLE she keeps a tube in her bag for touch-ups along with blotting papers to keep her skin matte-perfect.
