Miley Cyrus revealed that she met her boyfriend Maxx Morando the old-school way.
“We went on a blind date,” the 30-year-old “Hannah Montana” graduate told British Vogue in an interview published Thursday.
“Well, he was blind to me and not really to him,” she explained.
Cyrus started dating the 24-year-old musician “a few summers” ago, but this is the first time she’s been talking about him in public.
“I thought, ‘The worst thing that could happen,’ is that I don’t go,” she said of their first meeting.
When Morando called the “Flowers” singer in the middle of the interview, Erykah Badu’s “Tyrone” started playing.
Noting that she doesn’t normally carry her phone with her, she said, “I call it the ‘boyfriend sexy ringtone’.”
“My boyfriend brings his phone and I don’t,” she explained.
The couple sparked love rumors when they were first seen relaxing at the Gucci Love Parade fashion show in November 2021.
The Liily drummer later attended “Miley’s New Year’s Eve Party” in Miami, which she hosted with Pete Davidson on NBC.
Their love was finally confirmed when they were seen packing on PDA in West Hollywood last April.

Billy Ray Cyrus’ daughter clasped her lips and wrapped her arms around her new boyfriend during her steamy sex session.
Their next public debut came almost a year later, when they were seen hand-in-hand at a Versace show in Los Angeles before releasing their final album “Endless Summer Vacation” in March 2023.
A source told E! News that their relationship was “very serious” last October.
“Miley and Maxx are still going strong and their relationship is very serious,” an insider said at the time.
“They’ve been together for about a year and Miley is really happy. Everyone in her family loves them together and thinks they fit in very well.”
The source added that Miley is “in a good place”.
The “Wrecking Ball” singer was previously married to actor Liam Hemsworth from 2018 to 2020.
The couple began dating in 2009 after meeting on the set of “The Last Song” and dated repeatedly for years before secretly getting married in December 2018.
However, the following August, Miley announced that they were leaving.
A few days later, the “Hunger Games” actress filed for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the separation.
Following the divorce, the “We Can’t Stop” singer set off for a short fling with Brody Jenner’s ex-girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter and dated for 10 months until they broke up with Cody Simpson in August 2020.
