What fail Martha?
Martha Stewart reveals sizzling surprise “Today” show this morning, opens the cover of the 2023 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue.
The 81-year-old lifestyle guru, the magazine’s oldest model ever, looks into the camera as she wears a Sunday Swimwear flowy one-piece suit ($192) and a fluttering orange coverlet by Torso Creations on the cover. shot.
Stewart wears her hair in a fluffy blow-dry for the picture with bright makeup, including orange lipstick to match her cape-like outfit.
“I like this picture,” Stewart laughs in the “Today” music video, admitting that he “was shaking a little.”
From her experience, she says it was “weird” to be photographed in a swimsuit “in front of all these people” but “it turned out okay.”
The cookbook author was photographed for the shoot in the Dominican Republic by Ruven Afanador, wearing 10 elegant swimsuits, including a sassy red one-piece and a shimmery bronze look in the pictures.
When it comes to his groundbreaking photos, Stewart seems to be taking it step by step.
“When I heard I was going to be on the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit, I thought, ‘Oh, that’s great, I’m going to be the oldest person I thought was on the cover of Sports Illustrated’.” “And I don’t think much of age, but I thought it was something historical,” she tells the magazine.
The celebrity chef continues, “Age is not the determining factor in terms of friendship or success, it matters what people do, how they think, how they act, it’s not your age that matters.”
Perhaps it should come as no surprise that Stewart is one of this year’s cover stars; after all, she’s been a longtime fan of the hot selfie and even released a clothing line featuring some of her more iconic photos.
