If you have yet to miss a game this season, you may want to know how to watch the Bears vs. the Commanders live online for free to see Chicago and Washington on the field together.
The Chicago Bears and the Washington Commanders will face off on October 13, 2022, at the Soldier Field in Chicag, Illinois—the Bears’ hometown. At the time of the game, ESPN‘s Football Power Index predicted that there was a 53.5 percent chance the Commanders would win over the Bears. The index predicted that the Bears had a 45.9 percent chance of winning and that there was a 0.6 percent chance of a tie between the two teams.
After the Bears lost to the Green Bay Packers in September 2022, the Bears’ quarterback, Justin Fields, came under controversy for a comment he made in an interview where he was if the Bears’ loss especially hurt because of how much their fans wanted them to win. “It hurts more in the locker room than the Bears fans,” he said at the time, according to the Chicago Sun Times. “Because at the end of the day they’re not putting in any work. I see the guys in the locker room every day—I see how much work they put in.”
After the backlash, Fields clarified the comment days later. “What I meant by that, is, I’m talking about work regarding the game on Sunday, winning the game,” he said, according to the Chicago Sun Times. “I don’t know any fans. I don’t know what they’re doing in their personal lives. I respect every fan that we have. I’m glad that we have fans. I would never disrespect anybody on what they do or what they love to do.” He continued, “It came off like that.”
